I have been completing my instructor pole dance training with one of the country's leading pole dance trainers KT Coats (www.verticaldance.co.uk), and I have truly enjoyed my training and have been inspired by what the course has taught me. I am now pleased to be able to offer this top quality fitness pole dancing as a fully qualified and insured instructor.
Fitness pole Dancing is a great way to increase and maintain fitness levels. By taking part in regular sessions you will soon notice inprovements in your cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility. It is such an enjoyable workout you often forget how hard you are actually working. Not only on the fitness side but putting your inner goddess into action in a non intimidating environment is truly liberating.
One hour session includes:
Warm-up
Main body of exercise. Aerobic section that will build up routine to include spins and transition moves
Muscular strength and endurance section. To strengthen the muscles that are needed to improve pole performance.
Cool down/stretch - Time to revatalise after the workout and stretch the muscles to help to improve flexibility

Fridays - 5.30-6.30pm, 6.30-7.30pm, 7.30-8.30pm
Classes will be run in courses. First course starts on the 19th September through to 24th October

One-to-one training sessions at the cost of £35 per hour.
What to wear: You should be dressed for a workout and so need comfortable clothing that will allow you to move easily. You can wear tracksuit bottoms or shorts, t-shirt/vest top and trainers or bear feet.
DO NOT apply creams or lotions before you attend your class as you will not be able to grip the pole.
