Hi/Lo Aerobics
Traditional keep fit as we know it but with some new and funky choreography. The class can be performed at either high or low impact to suit your own individual needs.
Fitness Pilates
The Fitness Pilates technique involves strengthening the muscles around the center of the body, these include your abdominal muscles, the muscles in your lower, middle and upper back, the muscles that are responsible for your posture. Pilates focuses on these core muscles in an aim to help you increase muscular balance and strength, improve posture, balance and flexibility.
Aqua Aerobics
Aqua is a fun and energetic workout for all levels of fitness. Using the waters resistance to tone and strengthen the muscles, yet has reduced impact on the joints than a land exercise class. The large movements of legs and arms provide an aerobic workout to burn fat and strengthen the cardiovascular system.
Spinning
An indoor cycling programme. It will help to develop cardiovascular fitness so is exellent reducing body fat. Can be enjoyed by all abilities as it focuses on you being in control of your own ride and fitness capabilities.

What to bring:
You will need to wear loose comfortable clothing, and suitable shoes such as trainers.
You will need to bring a small towel, to mop up the sweat!!! Small mats are provided but you are also welcome to bring you own. Larger mat can also be purchased from me, please see products page. You should also bring some water to keep you hydrated. Basic changing facilities are available. If attending for your first time please arrive early so I can have chance to meet you.
