I am here to motivate and push you to your potential, but you are the one who is going to have to do the hard graft!! Free Initial Fitness Consultation, 30 minutes

During the consultation you will complete some fitness lifestyle and history questions, this information will be used to form the basis for your exercise programme and is recommended before starting any fitness regime. This process helps to provide a more effective fitness prescription, and also give us a chance to get to know each other a little and allows you to decide if I am the right trainer for you.

Comprehensive Fitness Evaluation, 1 hour - £25

Includes all that is covered in the initial consultation, and has additional fitness tests. Heart rate, body measurements, flexibility, strength, aerobic fitness and power will all be measured. This provides your personal blueprint for your training programme. This information then allows me to set challenging yet achievable goals. This can be a great motivational tool, and clearly identifies improvements.

One - to -one training session - £25 per hour

Book 10 sessions for £240

Book 20 sessions for £420

Receive a free 30 minute back or body massage with any block booking.

Group sessions - £30 per hour for 2-4 people

That’s only £7.50 each for four people.
