About Me
I have had a passion for fitness since school. It continued through college and so I decided to pursue my career in fitness and to go on to study Sports Science at Edge Hill University in Ormskirk. Since completing my honours degree in Sports Science in 2005 I have been teaching group exercise classes and personal training clients at a number of venues in and around Blackpool.
My aim is to bring exercise and general well-being to people in a way that is both effective and affordable. What’s more, I hope that it is something that my clients will also find enjoyable.
I am a dedicated fitness professional, and I firmly believe that my expertise, motivation and inspiration can be used to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
I am committed to continuing with my professional development by attending master classes, helping to discover new and innovative fitness ideas. I am always looking to attend new courses to keep my knowledge up to date in this ever expanding industry and widening the services that I can offer SO WATCH THIS SPACE! I am currently registered on the register of exercise professionals as an advanced instructor, Level 3.
