Workouts specifically designed to transform your body into a fat burning machine, increasing muscle tone and strength. Dietary plan and advice to help shift stubborn fat loss. Bootcamps consist of 3 x 45min workouts over 4 weeks. You must commit to every workout to get results.

Bootcamp takes place outside come wind rain or shine. You will be notified of location beofore the session, but usually in parks around the Blackpool area.

" I have got to say that when I first started Bootcamp I wasn't convinced at all! I hate exercising normally and always end up doing a diet for a couple of weeks and then I tend to fall off the wagon! Sooooo when Liz got me to join up I was a bit blazay about the whole thing!

Now I hav come to the end of the 4 weeks and have lost 16lb and 12 inches! I can't believe it! I have totally changed the way I think about food and haven't touched a drop of alcohol for 3 weeks now! Exercise has become a part of my everyday life now, I have started going to Spinning and signed up to Zumba too.

I go on holiday in 6 week so hopefully I can drop another stone before I go.

"Just wanted to say a massive thanks Emma as i would never have lost this much without signing up. I know i moan a lot but I have actually really enjoyed it and it is really good to see how everyone has changed and looks so much healthier. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is thinking about signing up. Before i started this i hadn't got up for work on time for the last 3 months and was spending a fortune in having to get taxis to work and spending even more on take aways every night because i was too tired to cook. Now i have so much energy i wake up 1/2 hour before my alarm goes off every day. I have only craved a take away once but i didn't give in and felt so much better for not having it. It is recommended that you do additional exercise as well as the classes but i didn't have the time and i still managed to lose all those lbs and inches. I have decided to attend the next bootcamp as well as the results are better than i would ever get than just plodding my life away on a treadmill."

"Since getting married I'd become lazy with my diet and often shared huge meals with my husband, usually very late at night.

The diet was difficult at first as my body adjusted to no bread or potatoes but soon became 2nd nature. The classes were hard work! and I couldnt walk after the first one but found emma and all the other girls to be fantastic and supportive throughout the 4 weeks. Ive lost 19lbs in total and im absoultly thrilled. I plan on continuing the eating plan as ive realised that pasta,bread and rice make me bloated and sluggish. "When we first got the 'shopping list' for Bootcamp I was more than slightly worrried! I needn't have been though. Once I had gotten to grips with it I found sticking to the diet easy. The exercise sessions were different every time, and the group all supported each other and exchanged recipes which was fantastic!

well what can i say! i've lost 7lb and 11 inches since starting bootcamp and feel so much healthier and fitter. I must admit i was dreading having to give up certain foods but your body soon adapts and i soon got over craving for sweets and chocolate!! This has helped me change my way of eating for life and given me the kick start that i needed to enjoy a healthier future. And now i've finished i don't feel like i'm on a diet what-so-ever. The support from Emma was fantastic and i enjoyed receiving daily emails-they really kept me going, especially in the first week when it was tough. I would say to anyone thats is "umming" and "arring" to go for it, put 100% into it and you'll be so proud at the end when you see the results. Thanks Emma xx
