Free Initial Fitness Consultation, 30 minutes
During the consultation you will complete some fitness lifestyle and history questions, this information will be used to form the basis for your exercise programme and is recommended before starting any fitness regime. This process helps to provide a more effective fitness prescription, and also give us a chance to get to know each other a little and allows you to decide if I am the right trainer for you.
One - to -one training session - £30 per hour
Book 10 sessions for £270
Book 20 sessions for £510
Group sessions - £40 per hour for 2-4 people
That’s only £10.00 each for four people.
