Attending a class with a group or friends is a great motivational tool, it helps you to stick to your programme and also turns it into a social event that doesn’t involve eating or drinking!!!!! My classes are great for all ages and fitness abilities including total beginners so if any of your mates have been moaning about getting in shape or losing weight, encourage them to come along.

Fitness Yoga - £4.00 per class
A fitness prgramme that incorporates strength, stretch and Yoga postures to improve muscle tone and flexibility. It is a non spiritual practice.
3 in 1 A popular class that combines Aerobic, conditioning and Energising components that make this class the complete workout. Staring with an aerobic component to increase heart rate to help improve cardiovascular fitness.Conditioning section to help increase strength endurance and muscle tone, we target all of the major muscle groups. Finishing with an energising section combining yoga and thai chi style movements to stretch and re-energise. Suitable for all levels.
Fitness Pilates
The Fitness Pilates technique involves strengthening the muscles around the center of the body, these include your abdominal muscles, the muscles in your lower, middle and upper back, the muscles that are responsible for your posture. Pilates focuses on these core muscles in an aim to help you increase muscular balance and strength, improve posture, balance and flexibility.
Spinning
An indoor cycling programme. It will help to develop cardiovascular fitness so is excellent reducing body fat. Can be enjoyed by all abilities as it focuses on you being in control of your own ride and fitness capabilities.
BODYPUMP™

Run Fit - £4.00 per class
A casual running club for all abilities. Weather you are wating to run for a charity event, or just for fun we can motivate you to get the most out of your running sesions. We provide technique advice and feedback to help you achieve your goals.Click here to veiw the flyer.
What to bring:
You will need to wear loose comfortable clothing, and suitable shoes such as trainers.
You will need to bring a small towel, to mop up the sweat!!! Small mats are provided but you are also welcome to bring you own. Larger mat can also be purchased from me, please see products page. You should also bring some water to keep you hydrated. Basic changing facilities are available. If attending for your first time please arrive early so I can have chance to meet you.
